CAREER KICK-OFF: Whilst still at high school, Julia was discovered in 1999 by a modeling agency in Munich. After graduation, she met with major fashion houses in Paris who convinced her to pursue a full-time modeling career. After opening the Autumn/Winter Yves Saint Laurent show in Paris in 2003, she quickly became a sought-after model, gracing the covers of countless prestigious fashion magazines.
CAMPAIGNS: Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabbana and Yves Saint Laurent.

HOME: After several trips to New York for modeling jobs, she quickly grew to love the city and moved there two years into her career.
HOBBIES: Playing basketball (her favorite New York sport) and bike riding in her East Village neighbourhood.
